Full Time Issue with Club Portal Syncing to FT

Team Contacts Not Showing in FA Full Time
A number of clubs/teams have reported to the league that team officials who have been set up in the FA Club Portal are not synchronising into the FA Full Time system.
Understandably, this is causing issues for those concerned &, to date, the FA are not sure why this has happened.
However, a couple of clubs have found a way to resolve this and this involves following the process below for any individual team contacts affected:
1) In the FA Club Portal, remove their role for that team
2) After 5 minutes, reassign that role.
We appreciate that this is not ideal but it will allow you to get all the correct people showing in Full Time.
