Hampshire FA have provided the below leaflet. All levels of the personal accident insurance include the wellbeing service and the leaflet gives details of the Aviva new fully enhanced wellbeing proposition which includes physical, financial and mental wellbeing add-ons such as gym discounts, dedicated counselling line and leaders’ mental health training.
