You cannot enter any teams unless your Club has applied to, paid and been accepted by NEHYL. If you have not already done so, please use the form on the “Join League” page of this web site to apply to join.
If you have joined the League but your Club name does not appear in the list above, please advise us immediately by sending an email to Webmaster@nehyl.org.uk
Complete this form once for each team that your Club is entering into the NEHYL League for season 2011/12
If you do know the name/details of a Manager for a particular team, please enter details of a temporary contact person, e.g. Club Secretary or other club official - details of Managers can be updated at anytime by re-submitting the form with revised details.
All fields must be fully/correctly completed otherwise the entry is liable to be rejected.
This year we’re asking you to tell your Usual Home Pitch Location - this is so we can feed the information into and therefore aid the process of allocating referees.
